Summary of Terms
When will I be charged for my membership?
Joining fees will be charged upon signing up for Sensa membership.
The first months membership fee will be charged on the day you sign up for your membership and renewed every month.
How do I redeem my membership benefits?
Once you sign up for a Sensa Padel account in Matchi and purchase a membership, your credits and membership benefits will be automatically assigned to your account for immediate use.

Why does each member need their own account?
Each member’s account is unique to their profile and padel ranking. Your unique account allows you to redeem special member pricing for activities (open plays, tournaments, clinics, lessons etc) and split payments with non members so you pay your correct share of the booking.
Members will be matched in clinics and tournaments based on your level so an accurate ranking is important to ensure good community play for all players.
What’s included in a member’s welcome kit?
Members will receive a curated welcome kit of up to $400 in value when signing up for an Annual Membership and up to $200 for a Monthly Membership. The assortment of the welcome kit will be handpicked by the Sensa team and include a mix of padel accessories and merchandise.
You can collect your welcome kit at the club within 30 days of signing up for a membership.
What is a padel party and how do I book it?
Eligible members who sign up early for an Annual Membership can invite up to 20 friends to takeover 3 courts for 2 hours. Padel Parties are a great way to introduce your community to padel and host an event at the club.
Additional customization can be added to Padel Parties like catering, music and coaching.
Padel parties need to be booked at least 14 days in advance and only eligible for redemption until 01 September 2024. Please reach out to play@sensapadel.com to schedule – the date and timing of the Padel Party is subject to the club’s available slots and scheduling constraints.
Is there a minimum age to become a member?
Members must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Otherwise, you need written consent or need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to access the facilities.
When will I be charged for my membership?
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:
Initiation fees will be charged upon signing up for Sensa membership.
The first months membership fee will be charged and renewed on the 1st of every month.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:Initiation fees will be charged upon signing up for Sensa membership.
The first years membership fee will be charged and renewed within 7 days of signing up for an annual membership.
Annual members will be charged their annual membership fee on every anniversary of the member’s sign-up date. Members will be notified 30 days before each billing cycle and have the option to cancel the membership in writing.
How long is my price locked in if I sign up for a pre launch membership offer?
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:
Your monthly membership pre launch price and benefits are locked in for the first 12 months of your membership.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:
Your annual membership pre launch price and benefits are locked in for the first 12 months of your membership.
What if Sensa Padel’s membership price changes during my membership?
Sensa Padel reserves the right to adjust membership pricing and / or membership benefits at any time. Membership changes will occur at the start of the next billing cycle. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before implementing and you have the option to cancel your membership without any penalties before any change of terms are implemented.
Can I cancel my membership?
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time and will not be charged on your next billing cycle. The initiation fee is non-refundable.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:
You may cancel your annual membership and request a full refund within 14 days of the club’s opening date. After that, you must provide a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle. The initiation fee is non-refundable.

How does billing work for membership dues?
Members will need to have a credit or debit card on file that will be automatically charged on each billing anniversary.
How do split payments work?
Split payments allow members to divide the total cost of the court booking among the group of 4 players. Members will pay the member rate (i.e $20 / hour) and if the balance 3 players are not members, they will pay the regular rate (i.e $35 / hour)
How do I book a court?
Courts need to reserved in advance through our online booking system (www.sensapadel.com/book) or through the Matchi app. Members get preferential early booking access to reserve court time in advance.
What are peak hours?
Monday – Friday: 7am – 10am, 5pm – 10pm
Saturday – Sunday: All DayWhat are off-peak hours?
Monday – Friday: 10am – 5pm
What classifies as first time friends for free play?
First time friends refers to anyone who has not played at a Sensa Padel club before. They need to create a Sensa Padel account and you can invite them to join your game as a guest for no charge on their first visit.
Future visits of the same friend will be charged at normal rates.
Unique players are only allowed to register one email per Matchi account.
How does free off-peak padel work?
Members get the special benefit of unlimited off peak padel. Members can pre book through the app a maximum of two hour advance off peak court reservations per day. If you have energy for more padel, you can check in with the front desk and if there is court availability on the hour members can continue to play without any additional cost.
If you are playing with 3 other members, the entire court will be not be charged.
If you are playing with non members, the Matchi app will use the split payments functionality to charge non members the off peak rate (i.e $25 / hour).
We want to ensure everyone gets their fair share of play so limit pre reserved online bookings to a maximum of 2 hours off peak padel per day.
What if I show up late to my reservation time?
We will make best efforts to rebook your court if there is open availability, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your reserved court will still remain open for the booking hour and you will be able to play the remainder of your court time.
Can I rent rackets and equipment from Sensa Padel?
Yes, players will be able to rent rackets and purchase balls or other equipment at our pro shop. Players must ensure that they return Sensa Padel rentals in the condition that they were provided, otherwise players will be liable for a replacement fee.
What happens if my equipment gets damaged or misplaced?
Sensa Padel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property of members or guests while inside or on the club premises.
What is the court cancellation policy?
You must cancel your court at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit card refund.
Courts cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
What is the cancelation policy for lessons or clinics?
You must cancel your lesson or clinic at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full credit card refund.
What information will be collected and what will it be used for?
All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
