General membership info
  • When will I be charged for my membership?

    Initiation fees will be charged upon signing up for Sensa membership.

    Upon club opening, the first months membership fee will be charged and renewed on the 1st of every month.

  • What is the maximum amount of court time I can book with my membership?

    Each member can book up to:

    • 10 hours of peak padel court time/month. If you want to host friends or family, you can use your credits to host others
    • Unlimited peak pickleball court time/month
    • Unlimited off-peak padel court time/month

    Founding members have no restrictions! You can play as much padel or pickle as your heart desires. 

    We want to ensure everyone gets their fair share of play so limit pre reserved online bookings to a maximum of 2 hours a day for all members – you can choose any mix of padel or pickleball. If you have the energy for more play, just check in with the front desk and you can continue playing without any additional cost based on availability on the hour. 

  • Can my spouse and family members be added to my membership?

    Yes, you will be able to add up to 3 additional family members (spouse or children) to your account for an additional fee of $100 per month for all family members. If you have a bigger family, we can add each additional family member for $50 per month. 

    A family member is defined as a spouse, child and/or dependent under the age of 18 residing in the same household on a permanent basis.

  • What benefits do added family members receive?

    Each family member will get their unique member login to make bookings directly and all credits will be redeemed from the same family account.

    Each family members will receive:

    • 2 peak padel hour bookings per month ($50 value)
    • Unlimited off peak padel 
    • Unlimited pickleball
    • Be able to invite first-time friends to play padel or pickleball for free
    • Member discount on events 
    • Invitation to all member events
  • Why does each member need their own account?

    Each member’s account is unique to their profile and padel ranking. Members will be matched in clinics and tournaments based on their level so an accurate ranking is very important.

  • What’s included in a member’s welcome kit?

    Members will receive a personalized welcome kit of up to $300 in value (Padel accessories and merchandise) when signing up so you’re ready to hit the courts from day one!

  • What is a padel party and how do I book it?

    Eligible members can invite up to 30 friends to takeover 3 courts for 3 hours, including at least 1 coach to run lessons and fun clinics. Padel parties are a great way to introduce your community to padel and host an event at the club. 

    Additional customization can be added to Padel Parties like catering, music and additional coaching. 

    Padel parties need to be booked at least 21 days in advance. Please reach out to play@sensapadel.com to schedule.

  • Is there a minimum age to become a member?

    Members must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Otherwise, you need written consent or need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to access the facilities.

  • When will I be charged for my membership?

    MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:

    Initiation fees will be charged upon signing up for Sensa membership.

    Upon club opening, the first months membership fee will be charged and renewed on the 1st of every month.


    ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:

    Initiation fees are waived until the end of 2023. To secure this benefit, members will need to pay a $500 deposit upon signing up for an annual membership.

    Upon club opening, members will be charged the remaining balance of their annual membership. Afterwards, members will be charged their annual membership fee on every anniversary of the member’s sign-up date.

    Members will be notified 30 days before each billing cycle and have the option to cancel the membership in writing.

  • How long is my price locked in if I sign up for a pre launch membership offer?

    MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:

    Your monthly membership pre launch price and benefits are  locked in for the first 12 months of your membership. 

    ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:

    Your annual membership pre launch price and benefits are locked in for the first 12 months of your membership.

    FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP:

    Your founding membership pre launch price and benefits are locked in for the first 24 months of your membership.

    If you cancel any membership, you will not be able to restart it at the same price launch price and terms. 

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:

    You may cancel your monthly membership at any time and will not be charged on your next billing cycle.

    Initiation fee is non-refundable.

    ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:

    You may cancel your annual membership and request a full refund within 14 days of the club’s opening date. After that, you must provide a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle. 

    Initiation fee is non-refundable.

  • What if Sensa Padel’s membership price changes during my membership?

    Sensa Padel reserves the right to adjust pricing and / or membership benefits at any time. Price changes and / or changes to the membership will occur at the start of the next billing cycle. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before implementing and you have the option to cancel your membership without any penalties before any change of terms are implemented. 

  • How does billing work for membership dues?

    Members will need to have a credit or debit card on file that will be automatically charged on each billing anniversary. 

USE OF CREDITS
  • How do I redeem my credits?

    Once you sign up for a Sensa Padel account and purchase a membership, your credits will be automatically assigned to your account for immediate use.

  • How do you track credits?

    When you log-in to your Sensa Padel account either through our app or website, you will be able to see the number of credits you have remaining on your member profile page.

  • Do credits roll over?

    MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:

    Yes, you are able to roll over unused paid credits for a maximum of one month. 

    For example, if you don’t use $100 worth of credits in the first month of your membership, then the remainder $100 of credits roll over to the next month. If there is still a balance from the first month, then those credits do not roll over to the third month.

    ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:

    No credits do not roll over as you have the full 12 month period from signing up for the membership to use your credits.

    Therefore, if you’re traveling for a few months, rest assured that you’ll still be able to use your credits and have more flexibility with the annual membership.

COURT BOOKING
  • How do I book a court?

    Courts are reserved for in advance through our online booking system. Members get preferential early booking access to reserve court time in advance. 

  • What are on-peak hours?

    Monday – Friday: 7am – 10am, 5pm – 10pm
    Saturday – Sunday: All Day

  • What are off-peak hours?

    Monday – Friday: 10am – 5pm

  • Do I have to be present if I use my credits to book court time for friends?

    We never want to see your credits get wasted! So you can make a court booking for friends or family with your credits as long as they sign up for a Sensa Padel account and sign a waiver before playing.

  • What classifies as first time friends for free play?

    First time friends refers to anyone who has not played at a Sensa Padel club before. They need to create a Sensa Padel account and you can invite them to join your game as a guest for no charge on their first visit. 

    Future visits of the same friend will be charged at normal rates. 

     

  • How does free off-peak padel or pickleball work?

    As a member, you can pre reserve a maximum of 2 hours of off-peak padel or pickleball every day without any cost! We want to ensure everyone gets their fair share of play so limit advance bookings to a maximum of 2 hours a day. But if there is availability on the hour and you still have energy, check in with the front desk and as a member you can continue playing. 

    If you are playing with non members, regular booking rates will apply for them.

    If you reserve a free off-peak court and do not show up for play the regular cancellation fees will apply. 

  • What if I show up late to my reservation time?

    We will make best efforts to rebook your court if there is open availability, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your reserved court will not be extended but you will still be able to play the remainder of your court time.

  • Can I rent rackets and equipment from Sensa Padel?

    Yes, players will be able to rent rackets and purchase balls or other equipment at our pro shop. Players must ensure that they return Sensa Padel rentals in the condition that they were provided, otherwise players will be liable for a replacement fee.

     

  • What happens if my equipment gets damaged or misplaced?

    Sensa Padel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property of members or guests while inside or on the club premises.

Cancellation policies
  • What is the court cancellation policy?

    You must cancel your court at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit card refund or return in credits if the booking was made with member credits.

    Courts cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • What is the cancelation policy for lessons or clinics?

    You must cancel your lesson or clinic at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full credit card refund or return in credits if the booking was made with member credits.

Privacy policy
  • What information will be collected and what will it be used for?

    All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
