Role Description

Sensa Padel is building a national brand of clubs in the U.S. and we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic new team members. Reporting directly to the Head Padel Professional, the Padel Professional provides instruction, helps with events, tournaments, and social aspects for all functions related to our padel programs. This role requires a passion for padel, strong teaching skills, even better communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the entire club team.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching upward of 25+ hours per week through groups, private lessons, and programs.

Instruct new and existing adult and youth padel programs.

Operational Support: Actively support the Head Pro and Club General Manager in the smooth day to day operations of the facility and brainstorming ideas on how to improve club performance.

Be engaged and willing to be involved for any and all padel programs.

Facility Oversight: Take pride in your club! Ensure the club’s facilities are maintained to the highest standards, overseeing the cleanliness and organization of courts and equipment.

Consistently demonstrates leadership behaviors aligned with Sensa Padel values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of experience required in the racquet industry.
  • Program Development: Experience in building padel or similar racket sports programs such as leagues, clinics, open plays and tournaments
  • Great with people: Excellent communicator who looks to build real relationships with club members and bring positive energy to the club and a passion to create a memorable customer experience for our clients.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
  • If not currently certified, willing to get padel certified within the first three months of employment.

Physical Requirements

Regular communication and contact with employees and members. Highly active position that may require standing and moving around the facility for extended periods of time.
